UV Glow Liner is a clear liner that emits an illuminating glow under UV or blacklight. Its versatility allows you to mix it with any liner color to achieve a UV reactive formula.

APPLICATION
Open jar and use 3-5 drops of water inside the lid, use this to dip your brush and swirl around the pot until formula is moistened. Once thick consistency is achieved apply as desired and wait for it to dry. UV Glow works best on lighter colors.
DISCLAIMERS
Please avoid using anything other than water as it could disrupt the formula. Please allow a few hours after each finished use for the pot to fully dry before putting lid back on. Always patch test new cosmetics.
