Processing Times
Please note that processing times may take up to 2 weeks. This is the time it takes to prepare your order before it is shipped out. Processing is separate from the shipping time, so please keep that in mind when placing your order. By checking out, you agree to our processing times.
Lost, Stolen, and Undeliverable Packages
Hekkusu Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us because it is undeliverable, the customer will be required to pay for additional shipping fees to have the item reshipped. In the event that the customer no longer wants the order, a restocking fee will apply.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their packages and reach out if the package is undeliverable or returned to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases where you no longer wish to receive the order.
Customs and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their orders. Hekkusu Beauty is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or for any additional taxes or fees incurred during shipping.
