Damages and Issues

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, we may require the item to be returned to us.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All components must be included

Returned items that are used, damaged, or missing pieces may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Returned incorrect items may be damaged out and/or donated.

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the incorrect item (if requested) and place a new order once the return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • Tags must be attached (if applicable)

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your account as store credit
